The role of Operations Manager at Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operational aspects of the facility. This includes managing the staffing, scheduling, and training of hourly team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence. The Operations Manager acts as a key driver of operational standards, including cost control, sanitation, safety, and guest satisfaction. They are entrusted with administrating departmental functions across several units such as Arcade, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Special Events, Track, and the Overall Facility.

In this role, you will lead by example, motivating a diverse team and fostering an environment of ownership and accountability. The position requires hands-on management of operational procedures and policies, ensuring all activities comply with company standards and contribute to the facility’s efficiency and profitability. From maintaining cleanliness and resolving guest relations issues to managing cash handling and ensuring safety and security protocols are rigorously followed, the Operations Manager plays a vital role in maintaining an atmosphere where every visitor experiences exceptional, memorable entertainment.

The candidate must be proficient in balancing operational demands with team development, including recruiting, training, performance feedback, and maintaining high staff morale. In addition, the Operations Manager is tasked with optimizing daily sales, monitoring labor costs to stay within budget, and coordinating closely with the Sales Department to prepare for and execute special events and key activities.
