The available full-time role is a Shack Management position, primarily based at the NorthPark Center in Texas. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational excellence and high standards of Shake Shack restaurants. As a manager, you will lead daily restaurant operations dedicated to delivering superior guest service and satisfaction. You'll take charge of training, motivating, and managing team members to uphold the company’s hospitality expectations. Leadership at Shake Shack is focused on coaching teams to achieve excellence while fostering a culture of growth and inclusion. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will develop and implement community engagement initiatives, promoting the Shake Shack brand through word-of-mouth and local events. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to high standards of customer service
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
  • Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
  • Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
