The role of Restaurant Manager at Bubba’s 33 is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the restaurant. This includes managing hourly employees, driving sales and guest satisfaction, and ensuring the team follows established recipes and safety procedures. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or making recommendations to hire hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures maintaining safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
