The company offers a competitive wage starting at $21.00 to $21.50 per hour, depending on location and experience, highlighting their commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Full-time Restaurant Managers at Raising Cane's benefit from an extensive package that includes medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits, dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match for those aged 21 and older.
