The role of Restaurant Manager at Great American Restaurants is a vital leadership position within the company’s high-volume dining establishments. The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional with a deep love for food and beverages and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality in the dining room and ensuring a seamless operational flow. This full-time role also provides attractive quarterly bonuses based on hospitality and operational results.
