The Restaurant Associate Manager position comes with competitive compensation, including an annual salary, merit increases, and quarterly bonus opportunities, alongside comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans. With a strong internal promotion culture, Cracker Barrel offers promising career development opportunities, including pathways to General Manager and District Manager positions.

By joining Cracker Barrel, managers become part of a historic brand that values classic hospitality and employee well-being. They are provided with the appropriate training and ongoing development to become role models within their stores, creating an environment where care is given and received. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a fulfilling career in the restaurant industry where they can lead a team, impact guest satisfaction positively, and contribute to a company with an enduring legacy of warmth and hospitality.
