The Restaurant Manager role at Lazy Dog is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and people-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. This position requires someone with at least two years of full-service high-volume restaurant management experience, who is passionate about creating a fun work atmosphere and building lasting relationships based on trust and respect. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and cultivating relationships with guests and team members, while leading an energetic team to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes developing, coaching, and guiding team members to grow personally and professionally within the hospitality industry. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma preferred
  • 2 plus years of full-service high-volume restaurant management experience
  • valid CA Responsible Beverage Service Certification
  • current ServSafe certification valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, or Virginia
  • current Food Handlers Card valid in California, Nevada, or Texas
