This Front of House (FOH) management role at California Pizza Kitchen is designed for dynamic, passionate leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting. Beyond leading day-to-day restaurant operations, this position emphasizes driving sales, profitability, and guest counts by managing budgets, forecasting, controlling labor expenditures, and ensuring inventory accuracy through portion control. The manager also maintains a safe and healthy environment by adhering to sanitation standards and procedures. Communication skills are key, as the role involves interaction with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management.
