The Restaurant Manager role is a pivotal position within this evolving company. Reporting directly to the Director of Fresh Food, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing both kitchen and front-of-house activities. Key responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, training, and performance, as well as controlling food and labor costs to meet budget targets. Job Requirements
- Willingness to work overtime as defined by business needs
- Hospitality focused and ability to lead employees and team members to deliver same level of hospitality
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 3 years managing a fast-paced QSR restaurant
- Knowledge of foodservice metrics
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends as needed
