Operationally, the Restaurant Manager is accountable for managing the profit and loss statement as though they owned the store, demonstrating strong financial acumen in setting and achieving sales targets alongside controlling expenses. They are the primary leader who drives guest satisfaction through effective communication, coaching, and leadership, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and positive.
