This Full-Time Management opportunity within the Food and Beverage sector at Gaylord Hotels offers a competitive annual salary range between $72,000 and $94,000, inclusive of eligibility for bonuses. The position is based onsite in Nashville and involves overseeing restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service operations. The core responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, improving guest and employee satisfaction, and aiming to maximize financial performance in the assigned areas. This role is essential to maintain sanitation standards, assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods, and provide leadership that fosters a positive and productive working environment. The Food and Beverage Manager leads by example, encouraging teamwork, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including food handling and liquor laws. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work full time onsite in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
