The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience consistently. Leaders in this role must possess a strong ability to develop teams, foster a performance-driven culture, and maintain effective communication to guarantee smooth daily operations. They are responsible for setting clear expectations, recognizing and rewarding team members, and embodying the brand's unique culture with a positive attitude and passion for exceeding expectations. The role demands a hands-on leader who understands restaurant operations, including food safety, quality control, customer service, financial management, and staff training. The manager must demonstrate stability in career progression and preferably have current salaried management experience. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- strong leadership and people management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- knowledge of restaurant operations and safety regulations
- proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction
