  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry required
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop the next generation of high-performing leaders
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging culture for team members and guests
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship
  • Ability to maintain strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Ability to legally work in the United States
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time, frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
