The company prides itself on its great Crew and cool Culture, fostering an environment where employees follow a Work Hard. Have Fun. philosophy. Located at 100 N State Rd 7, Royal Palm Beach, FL, Raising Cane's is seeking a committed and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join its team. This is a full-time restaurant management position offering an initial pay rate starting at $20 per hour, depending on the location and experience of the candidate.
The role of a Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is a critical leadership position responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations while maintaining the company’s high standards and vibrant culture. Daily responsibilities include shift management, ensuring operational excellence across all restaurant zones, managing cash accountability, leading and motivating crewmembers, and upholding cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facility. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple changing priorities simultaneously. They must demonstrate self-drive, flexibility, high energy, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. It is essential to have experience in staffing, scheduling, people management, cost control, and proficiency with various technological platforms including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with an aptitude to learn new systems quickly. The role also requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training if necessary. All candidates must complete required Raising Cane’s company training programs. This position requires at least 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience, candidates must be 18 years or older, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Raising Cane's offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time Restaurant Managers including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits, flexible spending accounts for dependent care and healthcare, life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match for employees aged 21 and older. Additional perks include a One Pass gym membership program, tuition reimbursement, crewmember assistance programs, and pet insurance. Managers enjoy weekly pay (except in certain states like California where pay is bi-weekly), competitive pay plus monthly bonuses, paid time off and sick time, eight paid holidays annually, early closure for company events, casual work attire, and employee discount programs via Perkspot. This robust support structure and positive work environment make Raising Cane's a sought-after employer in the restaurant management industry.
