Moreover, Managers at Raising Cane's benefit from a comprehensive suite of benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage; flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care; company-provided life and disability insurance; critical illness and accident insurance plans; and a 401(k) plan with employer match for employees over 21 years old. The company also offers access to financial advisors for budgeting and retirement planning, a unique gym membership program, tuition reimbursement opportunities, employee assistance programs, and even pet insurance. Additional perks include weekly pay, competitive wages complemented by monthly bonuses, paid time off and sick time, paid holidays, early closures for company events, casual work attire, and employee discount programs to enhance the work experience. This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and at least one year of management experience in restaurant or retail settings.
