Currently, The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Portland area to join its dedicated team. This leadership position involves overseeing restaurant operations to ensure that guests receive excellent service and enjoy a great dining experience. The Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in leading a department within the restaurant, coordinating and supporting team members to perform at their best while upholding company standards. The position offers a competitive salary range from $60,255 to $70,655 annually, with starting pay determined based on a candidate's years of experience and education. In addition to this attractive salary package, employees receive pay raises after completing training as well as annual raises linked to performance evaluations.
