Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and scheduling
- Passion for hospitality
- ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Background check and drug screening required

Job Duties
- Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to uphold the Ruth's Chris brand standards

- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Partner with the General Manager and culinary leadership to execute flawless dining experiences and special events
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
