The position demands physical stamina to handle extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, bending, and working in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities, alongside exemplary customer service to maintain Raising Cane's high standards.
As a Restaurant Manager, incumbents act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing shifts, managing cash handling and ensuring financial accountability. The manager directs crewmembers during shifts, enforces company policies and standards, and executes operational and safety procedures. They play a crucial role in team motivation through the company’s reward and recognition programs and authorize employee functions that require managerial approval. Maintaining the facility’s cleanliness and operational readiness is also a key responsibility.
This role suits detail-oriented, organized professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment requiring multitasking and flexibility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
