With a strong history rooted in family values and a commitment to excellent food and service, Nudy's Cafes has grown steadily to operate soon to be 16 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, with plans to expand into additional markets such as the upcoming Willow Grove, Pennsylvania location. The company is widely recognized as a go-to casual breakfast and lunch destination, offering quick, reasonably priced, and freshly prepared meals in a family-friendly environment. Currently, Nudy's Cafes is seeking full-time Restaurant Managers to lead and manage their vibrant locations. These management professionals play a critical role in ensuring the consistent delivery of Nudy's Promise: to make every guest feel welcome, nourished, and excited to return. This promise is a reflection of the company’s deep-rooted passion and experience, passed down through decades, beginning with Ray Nudy learning the restaurant business from his father. The Restaurant Manager position is responsible for coordinating daily restaurant operations, guaranteeing exceptional service standards, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will lead a team that embodies the Nudy’s Promise by providing excellent customer experiences from the moment guests enter the door until their meal concludes. Your responsibilities include managing shifts effectively, supervising and training employees, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the restaurant upholds the brand’s high standards consistently.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant management and operations experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
  • Proven leadership, motivation and coaching skills
  • Food knowledge and ability to answer customer questions
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Consistent line check submissions
  • Ability to analyze and act on operations data
  • Open availability between 6:30 am and 4:30 pm
  • Access to vehicle during work hours
  • Physical ability to traverse the restaurant quickly
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift, stoop, bend, or twist repeatedly
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant management and operations experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and coach teams
  • Extensive food knowledge preferred
  • ServSafe Certified or able to obtain certification within 30 days
  • Consistent line check submissions
  • Ability to interpret restaurant operations data effectively
  • Open availability between 6:30 am and 4:30 pm
  • Access to a vehicle during working hours
