The Restaurant Manager role at Texas Roadhouse is a leadership position that encompasses managing both the Front of House and Back of House operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the restaurant consistently delivers on Texas Roadhouse's promise of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. The Restaurant Manager will lead and inspire hourly employees, foster a positive and efficient work environment, and oversee all operational aspects including hiring, training, scheduling, food preparation, inventory management, and cost control. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about guest satisfaction and team development. The manager will be responsible for conducting performance evaluations, coaching staff to meet or exceed performance expectations, and maintaining a safe and clean workplace in line with company values and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
- direct work including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
- drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- provide direct and schedule front of house and back of house training
- supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
- conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- create a safe fun and clean work environment
