Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the complete operations of the restaurant, managing both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure that every guest receives Legendary Food and Legendary Service. This position offers an annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility entrusted to the role. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining operational excellence, driving sales, managing budgets, and upholding safety standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory management

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise food production and preparation consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Practice safe food handling
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
