Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Physical stamina to handle restaurant environment demands
- Valid food handler certification may be required
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
