The Restaurant Manager role at Flower Child is pivotal to the operational success and guest satisfaction of the new location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $64,000 per year, reflecting the high expectations and responsibilities associated with managing a busy, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of hands-on experience managing large restaurant operations, demonstrating strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. This role requires a proactive approach to overseeing daily shifts, scheduling, planning, and problem-solving while maintaining exceptional standards in food quality and cleanliness.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be entrusted with creating memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations and ensuring seamless operations from front-of-house to kitchen coordination.
