Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • complete administrative tasks like inventory, FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are maintained
  • conduct line checks and support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • manage guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintain effective communication with all restaurant departments
