The role is a full-time restaurant management position with a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000.00 to USD 75,000.00. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with at least two years in upscale or fine dining restaurant management looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The manager will be responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction by leading employees with effective motivation and leadership skills. They will also be accountable for maintaining cost control and labor management, adhering strictly to occupational health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations. Additionally, the manager will oversee the accuracy of important financial documents such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of front of house operations combined with advanced financial acumen and the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.
