Job Description

Jack's is a renowned fast-food restaurant chain known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being. This establishment prides itself on delivering mouth-watering meals in a quick and friendly service environment. As a leader in the fast-food industry, Jack's emphasizes a strong team culture, providing employees with resources and support to thrive both professionally and personally. Their dedication to excellence has paved the way for continuous growth, innovation, and an inviting workplace atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and excel in their roles.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Jack's is a critical leadership position focused on driving the success of the restaurant by ensuring top-tier operations and creating an engaging environment for both guests and staff. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the restaurant, ensuring that customers receive excellent service, managing food quality and safety standards, and inspiring your team to deliver their best performance every day. Your passion for the business and your leadership abilities will directly influence the restaurant’s operational success and customer satisfaction.

This position offers a competitive salary range from $56,000 to $64,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package that highlights the company’s commitment to work-life balance and employee growth. You will be rewarded with bonuses four times a year, paid vacation with three weeks off per year, and a broad array of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans. Additionally, you’ll gain access to paid sick time, company holidays, a 401(k) plan with company matching, leave programs for qualifying events, advancement opportunities, and tuition assistance to further your career development. Not to mention, you will enjoy free meals during your shifts to keep you energized and motivated.

In this role, you will actively recruit, train, and develop team members, recognizing the best talent to foster a motivated and effective workforce. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities to maintain a smooth operation, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring strict compliance with food safety and quality standards. This position requires you to lead by example, combining business acumen with a genuine care for your team, advocating for continuous improvement, and creating an enjoyable workplace atmosphere where employees feel valued and guests receive a memorable experience.

Your leadership will set the tone for your restaurant’s culture, driving both customer satisfaction and business profitability. Jack's values managers who are dynamic, approachable, and passionate about their roles, eager to face challenges and lead their teams to success. If you are a motivated leader with at least three years of experience managing a service operation with full profit and loss responsibility, this role is your opportunity to grow within a reputable company that invests in your future. Jack's invites you to bring your enthusiasm, leadership skills, and love for food to join them in delivering exceptional service and nurturing talented teams.
