The Restaurant Manager position at Raising Cane's plays a pivotal role in sustaining the high operational standards and exceptional customer experience the brand is known for. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Must complete all required company training programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible and self-driven with strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
- Knowledge in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability

- Execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
- Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results
- Direct crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
- Complete other assigned duties
