Job Description
Invited is a leading company in the hospitality and service industry, with a rich history dating back to 1957. Dedicated to building meaningful relationships and enriching the lives of members, guests, and its over 17,000 employees, Invited stands as the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide. The company manages more than 130 country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs, offering world-class amenities such as championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, and fitness centers. Invited champions inclusivity and strives to create a welcoming environment where employees can contribute to a thriving community and enjoy a fulfilling career.
The Restaurant Manager role is a key junior management position within Invited's private club operations. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage services within the club's restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the dining experience meet the highest standards of quality and service expected by members and guests. The Restaurant Manager works closely with the Restaurant Director and Food & Beverage leadership to maintain operational excellence while providing exceptional member service. This position requires a hands-on approach, particularly during low-volume periods, where the manager may step in directly to support service delivery.
As the face of the club’s restaurant service during their shifts, the Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in coordinating service staff, monitoring reservation and event details, ensuring the readiness and cleanliness of service areas, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational protocols. Beyond managing daily functions, this role involves training and developing the service staff to uphold Invited's service standards, as well as participating in and sometimes leading skill-enhancement and training programs.
Candidates for this position will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, a thorough understanding of food and beverage service protocols, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable member experiences. The role offers the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic, supportive culture focused on excellence and inclusivity. Invited values the contribution of each team member and offers a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits for full-time employees such as medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
If you are passionate about hospitality, committed to exceptional service, and eager to be part of a renowned organization dedicated to enriching member experiences, the Restaurant Manager position at Invited offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and development within a respected leader in private club operations.
