This position offers a variable salary depending on location, with additional benefits detailed further below. We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Restaurant Managers to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager at Legendary Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our service and culinary teams to achieve excellence consistently. This leadership role requires not only managerial skills but also a passion for hospitality and the ability to bring our unique company culture to life.

In this role, the manager is responsible for setting clear expectations for the team, maintaining transparent lines of communication, recognizing and rewarding team member efforts, and fostering an environment where excellence becomes the norm. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude and have the drive to consistently exceed standards in all areas of restaurant operations. As a leader, you will act as the cornerstone of the restaurant’s success by promoting a performance-driven culture where team members feel valued, motivated, and part of a winning team.

Additionally, you will be expected to leverage your knowledge of restaurant systems, methods, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and outstanding guest experiences. The position requires proven abilities in team development, motivation, and leadership, along with a stable working history evidencing upward career progression. Preference will be given to candidates with current salaried management experience. You will lead by example, setting the tone for service excellence and culinary quality, embracing challenges with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or related leadership role
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
