Currently, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Restaurant Managers to lead our LongHorn team. This role is vital in maintaining and elevating the guest experience by inspiring and guiding both the service and culinary teams. As a Restaurant Manager, you will take on a leadership role that involves nurturing talent, driving a performance-oriented culture, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, communicating effectively across all levels, and motivating your team to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience every time.

This is a salaried management position with an annual pay ranging between $56,000 and $65,000, reflecting the importance of the role and the level of expertise required. We seek candidates who have a proven track record in team development and leadership, specifically within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Experience with various operational systems and processes that contribute to seamless execution is highly valued. Candidates should also demonstrate a stable career progression and preferably possess current salaried management experience.
