The Restaurant Manager role at Popeyes is a pivotal leadership position focused on ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience reflective of the brand's reputation. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including guest services, team training, inventory management, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Your role will include directly managing staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer experience, handling food and chicken orders, coaching team members, scheduling shifts, forecasting needs, and ensuring efficient product production. Physical demands of the job include the ability to lift and carry weights, operate registers, perform product preparation, and actively engage in the hands-on aspects of running a busy fast-food restaurant. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to positively interact with guests and coworkers.

Available as a full-time position, the Restaurant Manager will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and committed to learning all aspects of restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
  • Consistent ability to operate registers and handle product preparation
  • Frequent stooping, kneeling, and lifting as required
  • Consistent standing during serving and training

Job Qualifications
