Job Requirements
- Lift and move 55 pounds
- Reach and move items from 6 feet high to 6 inches off the ground
- Control and utilize restaurant equipment safely
- Apply pressure to cut through products and clean equipment
- Count, separate and weigh food products and inventory
- Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Understand directions, instructions and product specifications
- Complete customer orders accurately
- Comprehend training materials and operational procedures
- Pass required training programs for certification
- Use mathematical skills to compute sales totals, percentages, inventory and schedules
- Drive legally adhering to state and local traffic laws
- Supervise and motivate multiple employees to meet goals and deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Have a minimum of two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year in full service restaurant management
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills
- Have working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and cost control
- Possess strong management, team building and communication skills
- Possess ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements
- Be dependable, hardworking and able to work varied and stressful 50 hour workweeks
- Possess a valid state driver’s license with a driving record within company guidelines
- Meet background verification guidelines
- Provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correct and complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards
- Prepare and ensure all colleagues prepare consistent high-quality products as described in training materials
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
- Recruit, hire, train and evaluate colleagues following company procedures
- Develop a productive team through effective communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
- Ensure the work environment complies with government regulations and is safe, secure, and free of harassment
- Accurately complete paperwork related to daily, weekly, and period-end activities
- Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projection accurately
- Manage financial responsibilities with integrity and supervise to meet cost control goals
- Implement local store marketing events and in-store promotions to increase sales
