The role of a Front of House (FOH) Manager at California Pizza Kitchen is a dynamic leadership position responsible for ensuring a phenomenal guest experience and fostering a people-first culture that aligns with CPK’s world-class standards. The FOH Manager leads by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellent hospitality and culinary execution. The manager is tasked with driving sales, profitability, and guest engagement by implementing effective strategies and operational controls. Key responsibilities include overseeing the restaurant’s profit and loss (P&L) statements, forecasting labor and costs, maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards, and ensuring seamless communication across all departments. The position provides an industry-competitive compensation package with a salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, along with bonus potential.
