The role of a Front of House (FOH) Manager at California Pizza Kitchen is a dynamic leadership position responsible for ensuring a phenomenal guest experience and fostering a people-first culture that aligns with CPK’s world-class standards. The FOH Manager leads by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellent hospitality and culinary execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing the restaurant’s profit and loss (P&L) statements, forecasting labor and costs, maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards, and ensuring seamless communication across all departments. The position provides an industry-competitive compensation package with a salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, along with bonus potential. - Utilizing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees, guests, suppliers and senior management
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures
