Job Description

Legendary leadership certifies that our food, service, people and atmosphere are the best. Our company operates some of the most renowned steakhouses that consistently deliver an extraordinary dining experience. As a leader in the restaurant industry, we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our cuisine but also on the exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere we provide to every guest. Our mission is to bring the ultimate steakhouse experience to life through our dedicated team members who are passionate about delivering excellence every time a guest walks through our doors.

Our Restaurant Managers play a critical role in leading and inspiring both the service and culinary teams to uphold the highest standards. They are responsible for instilling our unique company culture with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, and who enjoy creating an environment that encourages team collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement. Restaurant Managers are not only leaders but also motivators and mentors who set clear expectations, maintain open lines of communication, and reward outstanding performance within their teams.

The position of Restaurant Manager is designed for experienced professionals who have demonstrated the ability to develop teams and drive a performance-focused culture. Successful candidates will show knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to consistent operational excellence. A stable working history with evidence of career progression in management is highly preferred. While salaried management experience is not mandatory, it is greatly favored, underscoring the importance of a strong and proven leadership background within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Compensation for this role varies by location, reflecting the diverse markets in which our restaurants operate. Alongside competitive pay, the position offers numerous benefits designed to promote a healthy work-life balance and reward performance. Managers benefit from weekly pay and balanced scheduling with at least one weekend off per month. They also receive vacation and flexible time off, including five flex days annually and additional vacation days based on tenure. Extra pay is provided for working six days a week, alongside quarterly bonuses tied to the restaurant's performance. Recognizing the importance of family time, our restaurants close on Thanksgiving and Christmas or provide time off during these holidays.

Additionally, health-related benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are available starting on day one to ensure our team members and their families have access to essential care. Our workplace culture fosters growth, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, making it an ideal environment for leaders who wish to make a meaningful impact while advancing their careers in the hospitality industry.
