These benefits reflect the company's dedication to the welfare and professional growth of its staff.
The position of Restaurant Manager at Ruth's Chris is a unique and rewarding leadership role focused on ensuring operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager and Chef to manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. This role encompasses oversight of both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and a guest-first approach. The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in food, beverage, service, and overall hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel valued and staff are motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities include managing team performance, conducting evaluations, providing coaching and training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
