Job Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • familiarity with POS systems particularly Aloha desirable
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • strong leadership abilities
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to prepare and analyze financial reports
  • capability to maintain a positive work environment
  • proficient in recruitment and staff management

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a restaurant general manager, supervisor, shift lead, kitchen manager or similar restaurant management function
  • knowledge of the Aloha point of sale system
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple departments and teams
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage team of restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, department managers and kitchen staff
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and prepare for daily service
  • lead and support all restaurant departments including service, culinary, and bar
  • generate financial reports and update leadership team on business operations
  • communicate clearly and effectively with all staff and leadership
  • recruit staff for designated departments
  • maintain a positive work environment to provide optimal customer service
