Key responsibilities include building restaurant sales, profitability, and guest counts alongside managing the restaurant’s profit and loss statement. The candidate will forecast financials, adjust labor expenditures, practice portion control, prepare budgets, and analyze variances to meet financial objectives. Communication skills are essential, as the manager must interact effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management through clear verbal and written communication. Furthermore, maintaining a safe and healthy environment by upholding sanitation standards and procedures is crucial.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
- strong communication skills - verbal and written
- exceptional leadership skills - ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
- passionate about execution, hospitality and service
- ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day
- occasionally stoop, bend or kneel
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
