We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores. This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary range from $62,500 to $90,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our operation. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for a broad range of duties including training and monitoring staff and management teams, clear and effective communication across all levels, executing daily service operations, and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the facility. Furthermore, the role requires diligent management of scheduling, ordering supplies, monitoring checklists, and maintaining labor budgets in alignment with financial goals set forth by the Chief Financial Officer.

This leadership role is vital in embodying and promoting operational excellence within the restaurant, with a clear priority placed on guest experience, safety, and sanitation standards. The Restaurant Manager is expected to maintain and build strong relationships with vendors and maintenance personnel, uphold company policies, and enforce food safety and handling regulations that comply with federal, state, and local laws. The ability to handle personnel matters including disciplining and terminating staff when necessary is also essential to this position.

Candidates must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an innate understanding of the impact operational decisions have on the guest experience.
