Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to lift up to 150 lbs during work shifts
  • fluent in English
  • capable of standing for extended periods up to 6 hours
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • reliability and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate management and staff
  • complete daily checklists and walkthroughs
  • interview and hire new team members and oversee training protocols
  • maintain up to date schedule ensuring restaurant is staffed within labor budgets
  • discipline and terminate employees when necessary
  • monitor store upkeep and communicate maintenance needs
  • accurately maintain daily time-cards and payroll information
  • ensure all health and safety policies are followed
  • manage food inventory and order supplies
  • perform operational functions using the point-of-service system
  • meet guest needs and dietary restrictions
  • enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
  • ensure compliance with operational standards company policies and laws
  • ensure food preparation consistency and appearance standards
  • coordinate with corporate office on supplies vendor invoicing and sales data
  • organize food and supply needs for private events
  • complete other related duties as assigned
  • complete tasks on budget and on time
