Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Proficiency in inventory and cost management techniques
