Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- at least one year of restaurant work experience
- demonstrated leadership and team organization abilities
- proficient problem-solving and customer service skills
- flexibility in work availability
- ability to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- capability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
- willingness to handle weather-related conditions
- comfort with using restaurant equipment and following brand standards
