The final salary offer will depend on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead one or two departmental areas confidently, uphold the company’s professional image and standards, and effectively use tools such as POS systems, scheduling and inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite to stay organized.
