We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our energetic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for running the floor or kitchen, conducting interviews, training staff, and handling essential administrative tasks including inventory management and order processing. This role requires a leader who is not only organized and communicative but also able to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have proven leadership experience in hospitality and a passion for coaching and developing team members. The position is offered with a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience and includes a weekly pay schedule.

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience

  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
