Job Description
This hiring establishment is a dynamic and unconventional restaurant well-known for rejecting the dull and mundane aspects commonly associated with the hospitality industry. They pride themselves on fostering an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere not only for guests but also for their team members, whom they refer to proudly as GOATs - the Greatest of All Time in hospitality. This brand has established itself as a legacy to be upheld and grown through excellent service, team development, and a shared commitment to brand stewardship. The company is committed to cultivating a fun and inclusive culture, inviting passionate individuals ready to build their careers alongside innovative peers. They value creativity, teamwork, and dedication to exceptional guest experiences, operating under a unique 1-4-7 service philosophy that ensures every guest interaction is memorable and engaging.
The role of Restaurant Manager, also known internally as Hospitality Captain, is central to their mission and continued success. This position is responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day management of the restaurant. It requires a leader who is enthusiastic about both people and operational excellence. The successful candidate will take charge of teaching, training, and leading all team members during every shift, fostering an environment where learning and professional development are prioritized. Coaching, counseling, and mentoring team members are critical components of this role, as the manager shapes the culture and effectiveness of the restaurant's workforce.
In addition to people management, this role holds accountability for maximizing sales and profitability by driving operational efficiency and meeting budgetary goals. This involves rigorous expense control and financial oversight to optimize the profit and loss (P&L) performance. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for handling guest complaints diplomatically and ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant meet the highest hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. Compliance with food safety and liquor service laws—including responsible alcohol service and legal age requirements—is essential. The role further requires maintaining restaurant facilities to brand standards and ensuring labor regulation compliance.
This position demands a leader who embraces innovation and technology, utilizing advanced tools for scheduling and communications to streamline daily operations. The company’s culture emphasizes open communication, where every employee’s voice matters and contributes to collective success. Performance-based bonuses are available, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding success and growth. Benefits such as health insurance for full-time employees, 401K programs, exclusive partnership discounts, and fun team perks like multi-brand dining discounts and referral bonuses enhance the overall employment experience. This opportunity is tailored for candidates looking for a rewarding career path within a vibrant hospitality brand that places team members’ growth and guest satisfaction at its core.
