As part of the Craft Concepts group of restaurants, 30hop strives to create memorable guest interactions through a dedication to hospitality, culinary excellence, and a passionate team culture. The restaurant is known for its energetic atmosphere, making it a popular destination for both locals and visitors seeking a high-volume, full-service dining environment. With a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and an employee-centric approach, 30hop represents a thriving establishment committed to growth, quality, and leadership development. The company maintains a vibrant workplace where employees are encouraged to excel, share ideas, and contribute to an uplifting team culture that supports both professional and personal growth.
We are currently looking to welcome a new front-of-house Restaurant Manager to our team. This role is designed for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a strong restaurant team. The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service execution, and fostering an environment that promotes team collaboration and high standards. This full-time exempt management position includes a schedule that covers evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. The salary for this role starts at $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-shift meetings, coaching staff, developing team members, supporting scheduling and floor leadership, and managing guest satisfaction metrics. This position requires a hands-on approach where the manager steps in operationally when needed, including hosting, bartending, serving, or expediting, to maintain seamless service flow. Compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are also paramount in this role. 30hop offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week. These benefits include paid time off starting at two weeks, medical insurance options with partial premium coverage, dental and vision insurance, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan with discretionary employer match, and various employee discounts and perks.
30hop values leaders who exhibit strong communication, organizational prowess, and a guest-focused mindset. Candidates with experience in upscale casual or high-volume full-service restaurants will find this opportunity well-suited to advancing their hospitality leadership careers. If you are passionate about service excellence, team culture, and leadership growth, 30hop invites you to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success in delivering memorable dining experiences.
