The Restaurant Manager role at Wendy's is a pivotal position within the operational hierarchy, directly supporting the General Manager. With the support of the General Manager or District Manager, the Restaurant Manager helps steer the restaurant toward continued success and growth.

Job Requirements

  • college degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions / functions
  • must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing
