Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Availability to work a scheduled 50-hour work week with a maximum of 3 closing shifts
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Implement company policies and standards consistently
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts including closing shifts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving sales targets
