- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- valid driver’s license
- must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- combine passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- lead and support team members to ensure high standards of hospitality
- manage daily operational tasks to meet business objectives
- work closely with home office support available 24/7
- maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
