Your responsibilities will include setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and dedication. You will be a key driver in creating and sustaining a performance-driven culture that aligns with the company’s core values and customer-centric approach. With a focus on teamwork and motivation, you will ensure that every aspect of the guest experience meets or exceeds the high standards that Legendary leadership is known for.\n\nThe role offers a salaried management position with an annual compensation range between $56,000 and $65,000 per year. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven ability to develop teams, inspire a performance-oriented culture, and execute restaurant systems and methods effectively. Current management experience in a similar environment is preferred, as well as stable career progression in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
