Job Requirements
- ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures and policies
- ability to follow human resources policies and procedures
- ability to provide supervisory practices
- ability to complete corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute, and food safety training
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to engage and motivate team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- good communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- participate in achieving store objectives
- assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
- create and maintain a culture of communication and team engagement
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- enforce standard operating procedures and company policies
- support and complete corporate training programs
