Job Requirements

  • ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
  • ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures and policies
  • ability to follow human resources policies and procedures
  • ability to provide supervisory practices
  • ability to complete corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute, and food safety training
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to engage and motivate team members

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • good communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in managing daily restaurant operations
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • create and maintain a culture of communication and team engagement
  • provide excellent customer service at all times
  • enforce standard operating procedures and company policies
  • support and complete corporate training programs
