- Previous managerial role experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership in the restaurants
- Manage human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, communication and application of all company policies, recruitment and selection, discipline, coaching and training team members, conduct performance appraisals
- Maintain all financials including inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, control cost of sales and labor
- Attain financial targets
- Execute local marketing campaigns and implement new promotions
- Make daily deposits at the bank
- Manage cash issues, including cash shortages
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Monitor competitor promotions, trends, and growth
- Maintain highest level of customer service
- Address customer issues
- Ensure product quality and proper execution of Pizza Hut standards
- Order products and maintain supplier relations
- Support District Manager in the market
