  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant environment or food industry
  • Previous managerial role experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and train team members
  • Basic proficiency in math and accounting
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide overall leadership in the restaurants
  • Manage human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, communication and application of all company policies, recruitment and selection, discipline, coaching and training team members, conduct performance appraisals
  • Maintain all financials including inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, control cost of sales and labor
  • Attain financial targets
  • Execute local marketing campaigns and implement new promotions
  • Make daily deposits at the bank
  • Manage cash issues, including cash shortages
  • Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Monitor competitor promotions, trends, and growth
  • Maintain highest level of customer service
  • Address customer issues
  • Ensure product quality and proper execution of Pizza Hut standards
  • Order products and maintain supplier relations
  • Support District Manager in the market
